Peter has recently completed the building work and refurbishment on a commercial project for the University of Hull at their Scarborough Campus. I have been so impressed with all aspects required of the project that I want to provide this testimonial.

Peter answered my referral for the project with a winning tender, on an extremely strict budget and a very tight deadline. He then commenced the project with his usual urgency. care and attention, completing structural alterations a week early. The refurbishment and fit out went just as smoothly to the entire satisfaction not only to myself the designer but more importantly to the client. Peter and his team showed immense professionalism and flexibility and put in an awful lot of hard work. At the opening, Dr Craig Gaskell, the Dean of the University, remarked in his speech on how much work seemed to have been completed in such a short time period by such a small workforce, in comparison to other projects on the campus and went on to ask me to personally than Peter and his team on his behalf. The work completed from structural work through to finishes was well attended, with critical details maintained. He liaised with client directs with the same professionalism extended to his own sub-contractor. I have a very sharp eye, and I was extremely pleased that snagging was kept to a minimum.

It is not only the quality of what was delivered, its the demeanour and attitude on an awkward site such as this that counts . Right from day one, Peter and his team were keen, diligent and courteous throughout. As I have said before seldom have I seen a client so impressed with a builder. To Peters credit this goes to put Big Blue in a very good light too and i would like to thank him for such a good job. I am sure Peter will complete many more for me. Thanks very much Peter
